The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Chief Magistrate C.E. Oghuma also gave the convict N 5, 000 option of fine. Earlier, the prosecutor, Olatoye Oluwaseun, told the court that the accused committed the offence on September 18, at about 2:45p.m. at No. 1, Toronto St. Benin.
